I take my work and responsibilities seriously, but I also believe that serious work doesn’t have to feel so, well… serious. That’s why I try to keep it light whenever appropriate. (PS- it's almost always appropriate.)
I’m a certified meditation teacher. Woo-woo! 🧘🏻
About six years ago, I completed an intensive four-month training to become certified to teach meditation. For the next two years, I taught meditation full-time. I helped people and companies use meditation to cut stress, boost creativity, and raise productivity.
