The challenge: With small teams working across the globe, how do you tell a clear, compelling story? Especially to donors who want proof their dollars make a difference?
The shift: Annual reports shouldn’t be static. They should be alive—like a new magazine issue each year. Different in design, united in voice.
The outcome: We created a multi-year run of reports (plus a book and posters) that gave supporters more than just updates—they gave them confidence. Each piece made the organization’s global reach feel grounded and clear. The result? A direct lift in fundraising, and a fresh template for mission-driven storytelling that sticks.
